Made in Pelliconi is not looking for ideas to keep in a drawer. We want real innovation already in action: pilot projects, solutions tested in the field, new ways of working, prototypes, or new collaborations between functions or plants. It doesn’t matter if an initiative has already become a global best practice or if it is still in the testing phase: if you’ve tried it, put it into practice or had the courage to test it, it could be exactly what we’re looking for.
Every day, in every site, department and plant, practical solutions emerge that improve the way we work. Made in Pelliconi was created to recognize the innovation that already lives among us and to celebrate those who dare, experiment and turn everyday challenges into real actions capable of bringing meaningful results.

The solution or project you’ve tested or implemented in your site, department or plant could be the answer that a team on the other side of the world is looking for. Sharing what you did means letting others replicate it, removing barriers between departments and showing with facts what it means to be “Innovators, everywhere”.
GIVE YOUR SOLUTION THE VALUE IT DESERVES
Every idea that improves the way we work has value, and we want to recognize it. Selected projects will receive real recognition, including a financial reward, and proper visibility across the company, regardless of the role or seniority of the people proposing it.
ACCELERATE YOUR GROWTH
Finalist projects will receive support through Pitch Coaching sessions with experts, who will help team members explain their innovation in the best way and present results effectively to company management.

SUBMIT AN INNOVATION
Have you created something new, improved a process, tested a solution (even if it didn’t reach the expected results) or found a better way of doing things? Tell us what you did: we’re looking for real projects, already tested or still in the testing phase.
VOTE FOR THE BEST INNOVATION
Innovation comes from people, but it grows when it’s shared. Explore the projects submitted by colleagues across the Pelliconi Group, discover solutions developed in different countries and choose the ones you think deserve to leave a mark. Your vote will help decide the Pelliconi People’s Choice Award.

BECOME AN AMBASSADOR
Do you know a person or a team who has created an innovative solution? Help us find them! Encourage them to apply and bring the Made in Pelliconi spirit to your workplace. Sometimes all it takes is someone recognizing a brilliant solution to bring it to light.
There will be special recognition for the most active Ambassador worldwide.

SUBMIT YOUR INNOVATION
Opens 19 October 2026 — 09:00 CEST (UTC +2)
Deadline 14 December 2026 — 23:59 CET (UTC +1)
The call is open to everyone in the Pelliconi Group, across every plant, country and function. Share with us a real project, solution or an experience you’ve developed, tested or implemented starting from 1 January 2025.
VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE PROJECTS
Voting opens 11 January 2027 — 14:00 CET (UTC +1)
Closes 1 March 2027 — 23:59 CET (UTC +1)
All submissions will be collected in a digital showcase: the Evaluation Committee will select the winning projects in the three categories, while everyone in the Pelliconi Group will be able to vote for the project that deserves the People’s Choice Award.
FINAL EVENT
April 2027
The winning projects will take center stage at the final event, where teams will have the opportunity to show their innovation to top management and the Pelliconi Community.
