Innovation has no boundaries of department, function or geography. The call is open to all employees of the Pelliconi Group, regardless of plant, country, department or seniority.
Here’s how to leave your mark on the Group’s innovation
SUBMIT AN INNOVATION
SUBMIT AN INNOVATION
If you’ve already tested or implemented a practical solution, now’s the time to share it. You can submit your project in two ways:
As a team: Recommended for cross-functional or department projects (indicating a Project Leader and the team members).
Individually: If the initiative was led and carried out by a single person.
Key requirements to participate:
Real-world evidence: Theoretical presentations are not needed. We need proof that the initiative was started, tested or applied in real life. Experiments that didn’t reach the expected results can also be submitted!
Timeframe: Only initiatives whose testing or implementation took place after 1 January 2025 are eligible.
No language barriers Don’t worry about how it’s written. Since Pelliconi is a global and multilingual company, you can submit your application in the language you prefer. Applications will be automatically translated for all evaluators to guarantee equal opportunities for all participants!
How do I apply? Simply fill in the online form at this link. We recommend attaching photos or videos (e.g. a “before and after”) to visually show the impact of your work.
Innovation is a shared success. When the submission phase closes, we will open a digital showcase for all Pelliconi Group employees to view all submitted projects.
The platform will automatically translate applications from different languages, ensuring full access to every employee around the world.
Through the dedicated platform, each employee can vote up to 3 favorite projects.
The project with the highest number of votes will win the Pelliconi People’s Choice Award.
Voting opens on 11 January 2027 — 14:00 CET (UTC+1)
BECOME AN AMBASSADOR
BECOME AN AMBASSADOR
Sometimes the best projects stay hidden because people think their solution is not “important enough”.
Becoming an Ambassador means being a true “talent scout” for innovation inside your department or plant.
Talk about Made in Pelliconi with your colleagues.
If you spot a brilliant solution on the production line or in the office, encourage the creators to fill in the form.
Help them, if needed, take a “before and after” photo or write the application.
We also want to reward those who help innovation emerge: a special reward is planned for the most active Ambassador globally who encourages the highest number of project submissions.
Any questions? If you do not know which category fits your project or want full details about the rules, visit the dedicated section or contact us.
